Return & Refund Policy

At The Booktique, we want you to love every book, gift, and treasure you order from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and in their original condition

    • In original packaging (if applicable)

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital/downloadable products (eBooks, audiobooks, etc.)

  • Personalised or custom items

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at Thebooktiquee@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our mistake).


5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
