Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

    • Standard Shipping: [3-5 business days] – £3.99

  • International Shipping

    • We currently do not ship to the US
      This will change from January 2026 due to the flat rate issue with Royal Maqil currently

Order Tracking

  • All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your package ships.

Packaging

We take care to package your books and gifts beautifully and securely, so they arrive in perfect condition. Sustainable and recyclable materials are used whenever possible.

Delays & Issues

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at Thebooktiquee@gmail.com with your order number.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please email us with photos within 7 days of delivery.

  • For lost packages, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note we cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
