The Blood We Crave Part One by Monty Jay

From Monty Jay comes a haunting dark romance where obsession blurs into love, and darkness recognises its own. Death marked her long before she understood what it meant. Shaped by a past she’s kept buried, she’s spent her life hiding the truth of what lives inside her—something twisted, something dangerous.

Something deadly. Until he sees her. Thatcher Alexander Pierson is as captivating as he is unsettling—sharp, calculating, and born from a legacy tainted by violence.

Beneath his polished exterior lies something far darker, and when their paths collide, an unspoken connection takes hold. She becomes his fixation. He becomes her addiction.

But what binds them isn’t innocence—it’s the darkness they both carry. When a copycat killer emerges in Ponderosa Springs, the fragile balance they’ve built begins to crack. As suspicion grows and past actions threaten to catch up with them, they are forced into an uneasy alliance—one that exposes their secrets, their desires, and the truth neither of them can escape.
